While at Spelman, Nadya was a member of the Ethel Waddell Githii Honors Program and was inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society and Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society. Nadya is also member of the Eta Kappa Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Nadya is very passionate about social justice and frequently volunteers in the Atlanta area with the non-profit Core2Globe and in her home state of New Jersey with NAACP.

Nadya joined Kostelanetz LLP in Spring 2023 as a Spelman College Pre-Law Intern and is now a full time paralegal.
