After graduating from Spelman, Destiny joined Kostelanetz as a pre-law paralegal.

Destiny is an advocate for policy reform and educational equity. She interned with Breakthrough Collaborative, an organization committed to increasing academic opportunity for underserved students in the metro Atlanta area. At Spelman, Destiny participated in SpelReads, a program designed to improve the literacy rates of students in the Atlanta Public Schools system. She also worked as a research assistant in Spelman’s English Department, where she assisted a project that explored the Black Arts Movement of the 1906s and the ways in which the movement’s rhetoric prompted reform for the Black community.

In her free time, Destiny enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and educating herself and others about health and wellness.
