David Taylor graduated from The Johns Hopkins University in 2021, where he double-majored in Political Science and International Studies. He is a recipient of the Aitchison Political Science Fellowship in Government and three JHU named scholarships. David is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Kappa (The National Leadership Honors Society), and Sigma Iota Rho (The National Honor Society for International Studies).

David has interned for the Foresight, Strategy, and Risks Initiative at the Atlantic Council and the campaign of Congressman Andy Kim [NJ-03]. At Hopkins, he served as the President of the Johns Hopkins Model United Nations Team and was a Programming Chair of the Milton S. Eisenhower Symposium, the largest student-run speaker series on campus.

Originally from New Jersey, David enjoys exploring new cities, watching basketball, and listening to podcasts in his free time. David joined Kostelanetz LLP in 2021.
