Description: While the world has been on pause, IRS Criminal Enforcement has not missed a beat. Come hear from Executive Director, Operations Policy and Support, IRS Criminal Investigation Guy Ficco and seasoned practitioners about the latest in IRS enforcement. Topics will include recent indictments related to undeclared offshore assets, the first guilty pleas related to conservation easement tax deductions, employment tax prosecutions, and more. Members of the D.C. Bar Law Student Community are highly encouraged to attend.
