Description: The IRS and DOJ have been aggressive in pursuing judicial recourse to enforce and seek collection of FBAR assessments. In July of 2020, we presented a Webinar on this topic. Our upcoming Webinar will address the new and key issues and considerations in the litigation of an FBAR case, of which there have been many.
