Description: In May of 2020 a report was issued by the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration criticizing the IRS for knowing about more than 10 million non-filers, many of whom are high-income earners, and not pursuing them.  The IRS assured us that, no, they do have a program and are pursuing them.  So, a year later where is the IRS in regards to its non-filer program?  Join our experts and hear what the IRS is doing to bring non-filers into the system and when does a taxpayer’s failure to comply constitute criminal behavior.
